We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Refund Policy

Sales of books and related products are final. However, satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return the book or audio product in saleable condition within 15 days of placing the order. The purchase price less shipping charges will be refunded in the same manner as payment was made.

Shipping Policy

Be assured that your purchased items will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within two days, often sooner. Carriers that may be used are the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or FedEx. USPS delivery is usually within two days; FedEx delivery is usually overnight. (Please note that FedEx shipments cannot be made to post office boxes.) The method of shipment is determined by you, the purchaser.
