20th Anniversary of Classic Law Management Practice Guide Brings Updated 3rd Edition

LOS ANGELES, CA — April 21, 2014 — Nationally recognized legal management expert and author Ed Poll today announced the release of his latest book, Attorney & Law Firm Guide to The Business of Law®: Planning and Operating for Survival and Growth, Third Edition (American Bar Association, 2014). The book is the third edition of the popular guide, first released 20 years ago, which offers advice and guidance that helps demystify the process of operating a law practice.

Filled with practical advice to enable lawyers and firms be more effective with clients and become more profitable, the new book offers insights on a wide range of topics, from creating both business and marketing plans to effectively managing the firms’ finances, dealing with employees issues, and integrating technology.
